Susan A. Meredith
Attorney Susan A. Meredith is a partner at Caroselli, Beachler & Coleman, L.L.C. and has been with the firm since 1995. Attorney Meredith graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts from Dickinson College in 1992. In 1995 she earned her J.D. from Duquesne University School of Law, where she was a member of the Law Review from 1993 through 1995 and served as Associate Recent Decisions Editor from 1994 through 1995. Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, Georgia, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Attorney Meredith is a civil litigation lawyer focusing on appellate law. She has been involved in every aspect of an appeal including post-verdict motions, analyzing and researching law, perfecting appeals, preparing appellate briefs and appendices, post-argument motions and petitions for allowance of appeal. Attorney Meredith is familiar with Pennsylvania appellate forums, having handled cases before Pennsylvania’s Commonwealth Court, Superior Court and Supreme Court, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
Beyond attorney Meredith’s appellate focus, her practice areas include workers’ compensation law, Social Security and personal injury, including auto collision, premises liability, product liability and denials of long-term disability benefits. She is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and the Pennsylvania Association for Justice. Attorney Meredith has volunteered with the Allegheny County Protection from Abuse Program, representing victims of domestic violence in obtaining PFA orders, and she is an active volunteer in her children’s schools.
